4. Pet Safety Disclaimer

SunPaw products are accessories and are not veterinary or medical devices.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any animal health condition. UV-protection and sun-shading products may help reduce direct exposure but do not guarantee complete protection from heat, sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, dehydration, or sun-related injury.

Pet owners remain responsible for:

Supervising pets while products are being worn;
Ensuring a safe and comfortable fit;
Removing the product if the pet shows discomfort;
Preventing chewing or ingestion of product components;
Providing access to shade and fresh water;
Avoiding prolonged outdoor exposure during extreme heat;
Consulting a qualified veterinarian regarding health concerns.

Do not leave a pet unattended while wearing a hat or accessory that includes straps, buckles, cords, or adjustable components.

Immediately discontinue use if the product causes irritation, restricted breathing, restricted vision, overheating, distress, or unusual behaviour.

5. Sizing and Fit

Pet breeds, body types, and head shapes vary.

Measurements and size guides are provided as general references. Customers are responsible for measuring their pet carefully and selecting the most suitable size.

SunPaw cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every pet of the same breed or weight.

Products should fit securely without restricting breathing, hearing, vision, movement, or circulation.

6. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency selected or indicated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

Your card issuer or payment provider may apply:

Exchange-rate adjustments.

These charges are controlled by third parties and are not collected by SunPaw.

7. Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and successfully process the order, subject to product availability and payment verification.

We may reject or cancel an order because of:

Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 business days after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, carrier congestion, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, security reviews, or other events outside our reasonable control.
